In an attempt to be frugal, I bought this powdered form of coconut milk on Gmarket
It’s pretty handy to add to soups, stews and sauces!
The only part that I’m not too sure of is the Nutrition Info. I found this on a different site and think it’s probably pretty close.
1 tbsp (8 grams)
Fat: 5.2 g
Protein: < 1g
It definitely isn’t the same as canned coconut milk, and it doesn’t solidify in the fridge the same way either, but it still saves space and money for use in other ways!
